Customer Support & Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage leads, support sales efforts, and keep projects moving forward through strong organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage leads, proposals, and sales pipeline activity
- Prepare and write professional proposals for clients
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers
- Assist with collections and payment follow-ups
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with computers and business software; strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who can take initiative and stay on top of tasks
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable with strong memory and task management (no dropping the ball!)
- Experience in the construction or contractor industry is a plus
