Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Develop and maintain a great relationship with his/her clients
- Manage and resolve all service related queries from clients via email and telephone
- Conduct regular budget review and adjust payment plan
- Assist the client to complete the debt counselling process
- Maintain/improve retention ratio, PDA ratio and aftercare fee ratio
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage),
- 2 years Client Service experience in the Debt Review & Financial or Credit Industries
- Clear credit and criminal record
