Responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Member:
- Work directly with customers to answer questions and provide support regarding Verizon products and services
- Learn customer service and sales strategies from experienced team members within the Verizon program
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, customer relations, and sales development
- Support customer satisfaction by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve daily performance goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Quick learner with basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
