Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional team member to support our clients through excellent customer service, assist funding-related inquiries, and confidently handle client communications via Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support to clients via chat, email, and calls

Assist funding clients with inquiries, updates, and basic process guidance

Conduct and manage Zoom calls professionally with clients

Maintain clear and organized client communication records

Ensure a positive client experience at all touchpoints

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Comfortable and confident in Zoom/video calls

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles

Professional demeanor and good problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Nice to Have:
Experience with funding/financial services support

Familiarity with CRM tools

Previous remote work experience
