Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Valid real estate experience.
- Strong understanding of property markets and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
