BrookContracting is a growing construction company specializing in residential and/or commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our crews and ensure high-quality work on every job site.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction crews on daily tasks
- Coordinate job site scheduling, deliveries, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scope documents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Report project progress and issues to management
- Train new workers and assist with hands-on labor as needed
- Enforce safety rules and company policies
- Have some experience with JobTread application ( Preferred )

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, concrete, or general construction
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve on the job and keep projects on schedule
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must be able to travel 90% of the time.

- Experience running small crews
- OSHA certification (not required but a plus)
