Commercial & Residential Pool Service Technician

Puddle Pools is growing and we’re looking for experienced pool professionals who take pride in their work.
This position is ideal for someone with pool industry experience who wants to work for a company that values professionalism, organization, customer service, and growth.
We service both residential and commercial pools throughout the Treasure Coast and are expanding our commercial division. Technicians with experience servicing HOA pools, apartment communities, fitness centers, hotels, country clubs, or other commercial aquatic facilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Maintain residential and commercial swimming pools
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Clean pools, filters, baskets, and equipment areas
- Inspect equipment and identify maintenance concerns
- Diagnose basic pool system issues
- Report repair opportunities and safety concerns
- Document service visits through company mobile software
- Communicate professionally with customers and property managers
- Follow established service routes and operating procedures
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year pool service experience preferred
- Commercial pool experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of water chemistry and pool balancing
- Experience with pumps, filters, automation systems, heaters, and sanitizing equipment
- Knowledge of Florida pool regulations is a plus
- CPO Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain ASAP)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Florida conditions
- Ability to use smartphone apps for routing and service reporting
- Authorized to work in the United States
