We’re seeking a dynamic and outgoing Commercial Property Broker.
This is a business development-focused role responsible for growing our property portfolio by securing new mandates from landlords and investors.
You’ll be the face of the business, building trust and long-term relationships through client meetings, outbound calls, and proactive engagement with property owners across Cape Town.
We are specifically looking for individuals based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage with landlords and property investors to secure new property mandates
- Conduct client meetings and property evaluations to win exclusive management contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional communicator with a client-first approach
- Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
