Do you have a heart for helping children and want a job that truly makes a difference? Skipping Stones Behavioral Learning Center is looking for compassionate, motivated team members to provide ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with children ages 2–18, helping them learn, grow, and build the skills they need to live their best lives. Every day is meaningful, hands-on, and rewarding.

Compensation
- $20–$23/hr DOE
- Part‑time
- SIGNING BONUS: $500 total — $250 at 60 days, $250 at 120 days
Schedule
- Clinic hours Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Must be available for center needs (may include early evenings and Saturdays)
Key Duties
- Deliver ABA therapy per treatment plans
- Track data, document progress, and follow behavior protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for children
Requirements
- Current WA State CBT REQURIED
- Compassionate, patient, team‑oriented attitude
- Must be available to work center hours as needed
