We are looking for a skilled Paint Colour Matcher / Mixer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing, matching, and preparing paint according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and match paint colours accurately according to customer requirements.
- Use colour matching tools and systems to replicate existing colours.
- Prepare paint batches for various applications, maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and communicate needs to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist customers with basic colour advice when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paint mixing or a related field.
- Strong eye for colour and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of paint products and their applications.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle paint tins, mixers, and equipment safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training/certifications is a plus
