Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/LNA)

- 3-4, 12-hour shifts
- Day (6am-6pm)
Pay:
$18-$23 depending on experience

Phoenix Mountain is a skilled nursing facility looking for passionate, caring Certified Nursing Assistants who want to make real connections with our residents. We have 130 beds with four unique units—Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Dementia, and Bariatric—you’ll find variety in your work and support from a team that feels like family!

Requirements:
- Must have Arizona CNA/LNA license!
- CPR certified
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance card
- Must be a team player and give quality care!
