CLIENT SERVICES SPECILIST – HEALTH (not licensed) Jobs in Auckland Park at GCI Wealth
To ensure that all interactions with clients and visitors are service centric, thereby creating an atmosphere of service excellence that will contribute towards CHANGING THE FACE OF RETRIEMENT by retaining existing clients and generating referrals of new clients because of the service centric client experience being practiced and enable our Health Benefits Consultants to focus on identifying our client’s health benefit needs the Client Services Specialist will assist with the pre sales administration process, the product implementation administration process and the post administration process.
Pre-Sales Administration
· Data Capture Client onto the GCI prospect system
· Collate presales documentation.
· Conduct Astute checks (for certain product types)
· Contact providers and request quotes
· Update the prospect system throughout the sales process.
· Pre-complete application forms.
· Collate application pack for Health Benefits Consultant
· Attend weekly prospect meetings with Health Benefits Consultant to obtain feedback on progress in terms of what is in the pipeline that is close to requiring an application pack.
Product Implementation Administration
· Data Capture Client information onto the CRM system – Xplan
· Upload and file client documentation: application forms, FICA etc.
· Create the required and relevant tasks in the CRM system to process the clients’ products.
· If required submit broker appointments to the providers and coordinate the change of broker
· Submit application forms to provider and coordinate the issuing of the policy / s with the provider /s
· Attend weekly prospect meetings with Wealth Manager to update them on the progress of the issuing of the
clients’ policiess and products.
· Communicate and notify the client should there be any medicals, follow up regarding the client completing the medicals and notify the provider accordingly.
· Update the Health Benefits Consultant and Client the progress of the issuing of their policy.
· Update the prospect system throughout the implementation process.
Communicate progress of policys , products implementation with client.
· Follow up on outstanding compliance documents.
· Close implementation processes off and submit the completed pack to compliance for sign off and checking.
· Coordinate any amendments or obtain any outstanding documentation should the Compliance Team reject the final pack and resubmit to the Compliance team for re-checking.
· Send the Client the GCI Welcome Pack and close off the task.
Post Implementation Administration and Client Services
Assist with Client queries such as:
· Capture and logging of all queries in the CRM system – Xplan to execute and resolve the query request.
· Coordinate the adding, changing or removal of beneficiaries / dependents with the provider.
· Notify the providers of any changes to the client’s information e.g., banking details, address, contact information etc.
· Maintain accurate client data and update the CRM system – Xplan with any changes required.
· Coordinate any policy amendments such as increasing or decreasing of debit orders etc. requested following the presales and implementation process.
· Obtain tax certificates from providers on behalf of clients and send to Clients.
· Respond to client email queries and assist the Health Care Consultant with query resolution.
· Notify the Compliance Team, Health Care Consultant and Team Leader of any client complaints relative to any technical advice given and follow the appropriate steps.
· Assist the Health Care Consultant with the client’s annual review and process changes as need following the product implementation process for any upgrades or down grades.
· Coordinate death cover / funeral cover claims with providers from start to finish ensuring that the Health Care Consultant and next of Kin are informed throughout the process.
Coordinate and assist clients with pre-authorization requests from start to finish.
· Matric Grade 12 Qualification
· National Certificate in Clients services, Administration or similar or three years working experience.
Advantageous: Degree, RE5, Council for Medical Schemes Accreditation, Class of Business
Must have knowledge of:
· Financial Services Regulatory and Legislative Requirements – FAIS, FICA, POPI, TCF, Council of Medical Schemes
· Financial Services Products –Medical Aids, Gap cover, Funeral Cover, Medical Aid insurance services.
· Client and Service focused — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services
· Technology and Software – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be able to:
Understand the processes, practices, and requirements of engagement for a varied amount of service providers in terms of their:
· Application process’s
· Policy Issuing process’s
· Claims process’s
· Withdrawal process
· Query resolution process’s
· Escalation process’s
The turnaround time and SLAs for the varied providers within the different processes and product types

Pay: R25 000,00 – R28 000,00 per month
