MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related (advantageous)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in customer onboarding, customer success, sales support, or implementation roles
- Proven experience conducting client training sessions, product demonstrations, and structured onboarding walkthroughs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Drive the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients
- Deliver and guide onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Track and report onboarding progress and client milestones
- Maintain and improve onboarding processes and supporting materials
- Conduct structured and engaging orientation sessions
- Support early client success by assisting clients adopt services quickly
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions and milestones
