MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related (advantageous)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in customer onboarding, customer success, sales support, or implementation roles
  • Proven experience conducting client training sessions, product demonstrations, and structured onboarding walkthroughs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Drive the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients
  • Deliver and guide onboarding sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
  • Track and report onboarding progress and client milestones
  • Maintain and improve onboarding processes and supporting materials
  • Conduct structured and engaging orientation sessions
  • Support early client success by assisting clients adopt services quickly
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions and milestones
