Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, solutions-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships, effectively manage client expectations, and act as a trusted link between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client requirements, feedback, and expectations to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Monitor client accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure continued engagement and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit existing clients.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and facilitate a smooth transition into ongoing account management.
  • Track key account performance metrics and provide updates where required.
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining positive professional relationships.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in client service processes and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of client liaison, customer service, account management, or related experience (preferred).

· Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong organisational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

· Adaptable, flexible, and capable of responding to changing client needs.

· Understanding of sales principles and customer retention strategies will be advantageous.

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration:

Salary Range: R6,000 – R14,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and performance).

Pay: R6 000,00 – R14 000,00 per month
