Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Conventional Steel Erecting Foreman to lead and supervise steel erection crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on steel erection experience, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of structural steel safety and sequencing. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met on every jobsite.
Experience in PEMB Metal building erection is a plus.

- Strong mathematic & document writing capability
- Physically fit for jobsite work & equipment operation
- Willingness to learn various trade skills at the field management level
- High level of reliability
- Have skills to use apps, spreadsheets, data logs & reporting
- Have a willingness to participate in a strong company culture
- Have a strong understanding of design and construction drawings
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism of oneself and team members.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in conventional structural steel erection
- Previous experience as a Foreman.
- Deep knowledge of Structural steel erection means and methods
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
