CLIENT LIAISON & CRM COORDINATOR – CBK MOTORS JOHANNESBURG
CBK Motors Johannesburg is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and people-driven individual to join our growing media and sales support division.
This role is ideal for someone who understands customer communication, social media engagement, lead management, and the motor industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting our sales and buying departments by helping manage incoming leads, CRM systems, online campaigns, and customer interaction.
You will work closely with our sales, buying, and media teams to help source vehicles, assist in selling stock through social media campaigns, and ensure all customer communication is handled professionally and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating CRM systems daily
- Assisting with lead distribution and lead follow-ups
- Monitoring and responding to social media and online enquiries
- Assisting with sourcing vehicles for purchase through online campaigns and customer interaction
- Assisting the sales team in converting leads into deals
- Helping coordinate vehicle advertising and social media campaigns
- Liaising with clients professionally throughout the buying and selling process
- Following up on missed calls, online enquiries, and aftersales communication
- Assisting the media team with content planning and campaign coordination
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent client experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous CRM, client liaison, sales support, or digital marketing experience advantageous
- Experience in the motor industry will be highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online lead generation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office
- Experience with Vehicle Management Systems advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Own reliable transport
- Valid driver’s license
- Own cellphone with data

Salary Structure:
