Three owners run operations and quality. We’re hiring our first dedicated sales reps so we can scale the front end of the business without compromising the work.

The Role — Sales Only
Full-cycle roofing sales focused on storm restoration and insurance work in DFW and statewide when storms hit. Your job is strictly sales — no project management, no payment chasing, no admin. You knock, inspect, document, sign the contingency, collect the deposit, and hand off. Then move to the next door.
What you’ll do:
- Speak with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods after storms hit across DFW, Lubbock, and other North Texas markets
- Run roof inspections and document damage with hail-trace tools and targeted leads we provide
- Work the insurance claim alongside the homeowner and adjuster
- Sign the contract, collect the deposit, and hand off to operations
Average TX roof ticket: $17,500. Premium tickets and commercial cross-sell available for the right rep.
Compensation — 10/50/50 Model
- 50% gross profit split between you and the company
- Commission paid as deposits clear — not held until job completion
- Typical commission per signed roof: ~$2,200 total, paid in two parts (half on deposit, half when the balance comes in)
Tiered Upside for Proven Producers
For reps with verifiable Tier 1 production history, we offer a tiered structure that scales with your numbers — including the potential to reduce or eliminate the office fee entirely as you cross production benchmarks, putting you on a 50/50 gross profit split with zero office cut. Bring receipts and we’ll build the right comp around them.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of home owner sales experience
- Open to candidates from solar, pest control, and other adjacent verticals
- Self-managing, resilient, and competitive — former college athletes and grinders thrive here
- Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
