Ace Therapy Services is therapist owned, located in Cypress, TX, and assists with fulfilling special education staffing needs across multiple settings.
We are seeking two hybrid school Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year (August, 2026 start date). Positions Available:
- Full time supervising hybrid SLP in 77033 with 3 +/- in person days per week on average.
- Full time supervising hybrid SLP in 77050 with 3 +/- in person days per week on average.
Pay Range
- W2 positions available with benefits and retirement plan starting at $55/hour W2 + full benefits.
- Spread yearly salary available.
- Hourly pay rate for SLP’s $70/hour 1099.
- Bilingual stipend (English/Spanish) additional $5/hour.
- Pay is commensurate to experience.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Speech Language Pathologist license CCC/CFY.
- Eligible to supervise SLPA’s.
- 2 years of experience as an SLP (CF year included).
- Pediatric experience required.
- School experience preferred.
