Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- RE5 – Compulsory
- NQF 5 in Short-Term Insurance – Compulsory
- Class of Business: Commercial & Private Lines – Advantageous
- 5–10 years’ experience in operational support within short-term insurance
- 5–10 years of staff management and office operations experience
- Solid experience in claims handling, underwriting, and client retention
- In-depth knowledge of short-term products, risk profiling, and pricing
- TIAL or ROC experience – Advantageous
- Bilingual: English & Afrikaans
- Strong administrative, communication, and negotiation skills
