We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food service, with experience in fine dining and intimate setting. . As a Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation and overseeing kitchen protocols. Experience in Northern & Southern Italian cuisine preferred. Duties
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food production.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events, timely service and quality presentation.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food production techniques.
- Experience in fine dining establishments or banquet services is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
