Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage your section confidently and maintain high standards
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
