1. Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Scan goods and ensure correct pricing.
  • Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges according to store policy.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and basic product information.

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in South Africa.
  • Shelf Packer / Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • Pack and arrange products neatly on shelves.
  • Ensure shelves are always fully stocked and well organized.
  • Check product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness in aisles and storage areas.
  • Help customers find products when needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or supermarket experience is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to lift boxes or stock goods.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in South Africa.
