Carton Gluing Machine Operator
An established printing and packaging company, is seeking an experienced Carton Gluing Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate must be able to operate carton sealer machines (Brausse or similar) and must have proven expertise in side seam and crash lock gluing. Precision, speed, and quality are essential in this role to ensure our packaging meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain carton gluing machine.
- Set up machine for side seam and crash lock gluing.
- Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience and expertise in side seam and crash lock gluing.
- Experience with carton sealer machines (Brausse or similar).
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a packaging or printing environment.
- Matric or relevant technical qualification advantageous.
