YOUR MISSION

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and promote relevant products and services
  • Handle inbound calls and other customer support channels
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer objections professionally and confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Accurately capture, update, and maintain customer information in internal systems
  • Adhere to campaign procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards
  • Contribute to overall team success and campaign performance
  • Build trust with customers by matching products to their genuine needs

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 6 months of call centre sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of call centre operations and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Ability to handle rejection positively, maintain motivation, and consistently perform under pressure
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and adjusting to evolving priorities
  • Consistent adherence to processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Genuine commitment to understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Experience in telecommunications sales will be considered an advantage
