Call Centre Manager
Cape Town (Office-based)
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of agents across both inbound and outbound functions.
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing people, working with performance data, and ensuring consistent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the call centre
- Develop strategies to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leading, supporting, and developing a team of agents
- Monitoring performance and working toward set targets
- Handling escalated queries and ensuring quality service
- Reviewing reports and using data to improve outcomes
- Coordinating with internal teams to improve processes
- Overseeing systems and tools used by the team
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
Minimum requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in a call centre leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with reports and performance metrics
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenges effectively
- Familiar with CRM systems and call centre tools
- Own laptop and reliable transport
Advantageous:
- Experience with Dialfire, HubSpot, or Looker Studio
