POSITION PURPOSE
- The BDM is responsible to assist client to strategize, plan and compile file ending in B-BBEE Certification.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile the information, and make recommendations to produce a BEE score and / or verification file for clients.
- Lead in BEE and transformation strategy while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
- Oversee and update the BEE system, facilitate exchange of best practice within Company, promote learning & development and innovation.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Business development versus annual target.
- Client liaison on skills development spend requirements for bursaries and learnerships.
- Build relationships with Verification Agencies.
- Development of client B-BBEE Plan/Strategy.
- Compilation of client B-BBEE File.
- Assist client through Verification Audit.

- Critical administrative skills including good organisational and planning skills as well as problem-solving, time management skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic finance knowledge and accounting principles.

- Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excell, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Law, or Human Resources with at least five (5) years working experience in B-BBEE consulting.
Pay: R55 000,00 – R65 000,00 per month
Education:
- Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
- Business to Business sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- B-BBEE Consulting: 3 years (Preferred)
Location:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
