Job Title: Building Lead Custodian – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Location: Green Bay, WI

Job Summary Jack’s Maintenance Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Lead Custodian to oversee operations at a premier, high-profile facility in Green Bay. This is a critical working-lead position where you will be hands-on with daily cleaning duties while directing and coordinating the work of a small team to ensure our "Elite Service" standards are met every night.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  LeadershipSupervision:

  • Direct daily work by assigning and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Provide hands-on training and coaching on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

  • Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure the facility meets our highest standards.

  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent professional relations.

• CustodialMaintenance:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas.

  • Manage and track supply inventory; submit timely requisitions to ensure the team is always prepared.

  • Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).

  • Ensure the facility is properly secured at the end of the shift, including locking doors and setting alarms.

Qualifications

• 
  Experience (Required):

  • Must have 2+ years of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.

  • Must have 1+ year in a Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role.

  • 
    Note: Candidates must have these specific experiences clearly documented on their resume to be considered.

• Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, methods, and industrial equipment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.

  • Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing/walking for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
