WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support brokers with new business quotations, renewals, and endorsements

• Capture underwriting data and prepare policy documentation

• Liaise with clients to obtain underwriting requirements

• Communicate with insurers to obtain terms and resolve queries

• Track pipeline business and ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain accurate policy records and ensure FAIS & FICA compliance

• Provide product and sales support, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and policy summaries

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years’ experience in short-term insurance (support, admin, or sales environment)

• FAIS-compliant, including:

  • RE5

  • Short-term insurance related qualification

  • Class of Business: Personal Lines

  • Ongoing CPD requirements

• Solid understanding of underwriting processes and insurance products

• Strong attention to detail and client service orientation

• Proficient in MS Office and insurance administration systems

• Well-organised, proactive, and eager to grow within the insurance industry
