Accounts Payable Clerk Jobs in Midrand, Gauteng at Deli Stationery
Deli South Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support with payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account discrepancies.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
- Follow up on outstanding supplier queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Capture and maintain financial data within the company’s accounting systems.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration, including capturing payroll information, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll processing activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance and HR departments when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Administration role.
- Experience working with accounting and payroll systems.
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: R10 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
