The Role:
We’re hiring sharp, detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to join our global takedown team. You’ll be on the front lines identifying and removing fake stores, scam ads, and counterfeit listings from platforms like:
- Shopify
- Amazon
- TikTok Shop
- eBay
- Alibaba
- Instagram / Facebook
What You’ll Do:
- Review alerts from our AI scan system and confirm infringements
- File DMCA (submit forms) and trademark complaints on marketplaces and websites
- Track takedown progress and document results
- Communicate with our internal ops team and platform reps
Compensation:
- 13,500-15,500 ZAR per month
