OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY

About the Role:

  • seeking well experienced, highly organised, proactive, and reliable individual.
  • Responsible for overseeing office management and administrative functions.
  • Fast-paced environment operating online and physical systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & manage filing systems i.e. Teams and SharePoint
  • Process monthly reporting and record-keeping.
  • Manage HUBSPOT CRM and various databases.
  • Process expenses and perform reconciliations.
  • Coordinate office services (cleaning, maintenance, supplies, collections & deliveries)
  • Assist with social media management, franchise sales enquiries and applications.
  • Provide sales support:
  • Evaluate and vet franchise applications.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up correspondence.
  • Conduct follow-ups and application to site matches

o National site sourcing, evaluation, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role (essential)
