About the Role:
We are looking for a young, talented, and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
- Motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Implement effective marketing strategies to grow the branch footprint
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics and report on branch progress
- Identify new business opportunities within the market
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office and relevant systems)
- Proven marketing drive and ability to grow business opportunities
