Experienced Bookkeepers/Accountants Needed –

Multiple positions available for either

QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop

(NOTE: These are NOT remote positions)

Accountable Bookkeeping LLC is an established bookkeeping firm located in New Holland, PA. We don’t prepare income taxes. We are a bookkeeping and payroll firm and are known for keeping accurate numbers in front of our clients all year round to help them make better business decisions.

We seek to hire Bookkeepers with QuickBooks experience who will represent our firm with professionalism and accounting expertise. This role will be responsible for timely production of client work, learn technology/apps to better serve client needs, maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting for each client. Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

· Set up of QB files, train client, and support going forward

· Perform day-to-day bookkeeping or accounting tasks for multiple clients

· Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions with attention to detail.

· Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.

· Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

· Provide an excellent customer communication, manage files and deadlines

Qualifications:

· Associates degree in Accounting preferred

· Experience with P & L and accounting issues to maintain and oversee client files (journal entries, financial statements)

· Strong understanding of bookkeeping functions in order to troubleshoot/train (AR, AP, reconciling, payroll)

· QuickBooks experience (minimum of 3 years hands on experience)

· Technology saavy to learn/maintain new apps/features

· QB certified or willingness to obtain

· Confidence to work with the client one to one

· Able to Commute to our office location in New Holland PA – this is NOT a remote position

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
