Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will design and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers. - Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and ongoing data collection.
- Conduct intake assessments and patient evaluations to determine behavioral needs and establish treatment goals.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff members to ensure fidelity to ABA methodologies and best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans that align with individual needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and refine treatment strategies for optimal outcomes. Skills
- Extensive experience in behavioral therapy techniques tailored for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and their practical application across diverse settings.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other disabilities.
- Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
