Job Summary
Neurostars is a small, local, clinician-owned company seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and clinical support for behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical judgment.
  • Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Eligible to work as a behavior analyst in California.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Ability to provide in-person services and supervision within Humboldt County.

Pay: $84,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
