Job Summary
Neurostars is a small, local, clinician-owned company seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

- Small caseloads focused on quality of care. Direct caseloads are capped at 12 two-tier cases per full-time BCBA and are typically maintained below this level.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and clinical support for behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical judgment.
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Eligible to work as a behavior analyst in California.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Ability to provide in-person services and supervision within Humboldt County.

Pay: $84,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
