Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish) – Low Voltage / Electrical Construction

JSET Automated Technologies is hiring a Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish) to lead field crews and ensure clear communication across job sites. This role is critical to keeping projects safe, organized, and on schedule by aligning English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations on active job sites
• Supervise, train, and support crews to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Communicate work plans, safety expectations, and instructions in English and Spanish
• Act as the communication bridge between field teams and project leadership
• Monitor crew performance, attendance, and PPE compliance
• Resolve field issues and maintain team alignment
• Report job progress and field needs to leadership
• Complete daily logs and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) in Procore

What You Bring

• 
  Fluent in English and Spanish (required for jobsite communication)
• 3+ years in low voltage or commercial electrical construction
• Experience leading crews or working in a lead role
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety (OSHA)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Nice to Have

• Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or Assistant Foreman experience
• Experience working with bilingual crews
• Familiarity with Procore or similar tools
