B-BBEE Advisor Jobs in Woodmead at Synergy Transformation Solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant B-BBEE experience, preferably as a Verification Analyst or BBBEE Consultant
- Strong working knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and Sector Codes (including Construction, Financial Services, and ICT sectors)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with financial statements and management accounts
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver accurate outputs
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Conduct gap analysis, develop strategies, and support implementation plans
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously and ensure delivery excellence
- Provide advisory and compliance solutions, including B-BBEE strategies, SETA-registeredlearnerships, bursaries, and related initiatives
- Analyse client data, verify evidence, and conduct on-site reviews where required
- Calculate preliminary B-BBEE scores and projection frameworks
- Prepare optimisation reports highlighting areas for improvement in client ratings
- Ensure verification readiness by validating authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of submitted documentation
- Develop scenario planning and gap analysis reports to improve B-BBEE ratings
- Support monthly and quarterly implementation tracking and reporting
- Liaise with B-BBEE verification agencies to facilitate audit processes
- Engage directly with clients on all B-BBEE-related matters
- Capture, manage, and maintain B-BBEE data and client files
