We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our dynamic service team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems.
- Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing parts such as engines, transmissions, electrical components, and suspension systems.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently.
- Conduct wheel alignments, brake repairs, diesel engine repairs, and powertrain servicing to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive electrical systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS technology.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including alignments, engine repairs, and component replacements.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus for accurate job costing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
