**Overview:**
Join our team as a Automotive Parts Specialists (Sales and Customer Support) and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused automotive parts sales environment. We are seeking individuals with a passion for vehicles and exceptional sales skills to help customers find their everyday and hard to find parts.
**Duties:**
– Assist customers in selecting and purchasing auto parts that meet their needs
– Provide information on pricing, and warranties
– Complete sales orders and arrange delivery of parts to customer locations
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in vehicle parts sales and/or customer service preferred
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
– Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance is a plus
– Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
– Cash handling experience is beneficial
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
