A family is looking for an Au Pair for their children

Area: Atholl
Children’s Ages: Boys – 9 (Grade 3) and 12 years (Grade 6)
Working hours: Tuesday – Thursday 13:30 – 17:30 – Ad Hoc Monday’s and Friday’s may be needed but this will be arranged in advance and paid additionally (if the candidate is available)
School holiday hours: Monday – Friday 13:30 – 17:30 (Monday and Friday afternoons as well as ad hoc mornings may be needed but this will be paid additionally and if the candidate is available)
Duties: Collect from school, take to extra murals, run school errands and help with homework/studying (main focus on the Grade 6). During school holidays, plan excursions and keep them busy.
Special Requirements: Male/Female, 20-30, sporty to play sports with them at home, tutor experience
Start Date and contract term: Mid-July/August 2026 – permanent
Salary: R9 000 – R10 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
***Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
***Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
***Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
***Must have a clear criminal record
***Must have a passion for children
***Must have Matric
***Must have a South African ID document.
