We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Reservations Manager to join a leading hospitality operation. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, reservations operations, revenue optimisation, and supporting a high-performing reservations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the Reservations Department
• Support the Reservations Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
• Monitor reservations activity to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence
• Assist with room inventory management and rate loading across distribution channels
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and in line with company standards
• Support booking conversion strategies and reservation performance initiatives
• Handle guest and travel agent enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and reservations analysis
• Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication
• Train, coach, and support Reservations Agents to maintain high service standards
• Ensure luxury hospitality standards are maintained throughout the reservations process
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, procedures, and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous reservations supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of hotel reservations systems and distribution channels
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team support skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
