What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our communities running smoothly by:
- Prioritizing, assigning, and completing service requests efficiently
- Ensuring the community and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Troubleshooting and repairing residential maintenance issues (HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Preparing apartment homes and townhomes to be move-in ready according to company standards
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining tools, materials, and supply inventory
- Coordinating and overseeing work completed by third-party vendors
- Communicating unresolved issues or concerns promptly with the management team
- Assisting with other duties as needed to support the community
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of property management experience (required)
- 1+ year of general maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Occasional weekend availability and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
