We’re looking for energetic, hands-on Assistant Catering Manager to assist in leading our team and ensure our unit operations run seamlessly. Strong in hospital, assisted living, retirement village.-
What you’ll do:
- Assist with Planning, coordinating and deliver exceptional catering services
- Manage staff and ensure top-notch customer service
- Assist in Coffee Shop and functions
- Control stock, budgets and operational efficiency
- Innovate with menus and presentation to wow our clients
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be a great at BOH, follow specifications and working within budget
- Be creative within the budget
- Strong computer skills
- Understanding of diets, including IDDSI
- Excellent communication and a flair for people
- Preferably have 1st-Aid certificate
- Strong understanding of OHS
- Previous catering/hospitality management experience in a hospital and retirement villages would be advantageous
- Someone dynamic, creative and ready to make things happen
- MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND LIVE IN AREA
