AI Agency Manager – Remote Jobs in Home Based at Greenpoint Nationwide
We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on, and technically advanced Agency Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, client delivery, and project management within our growing AI-powered media agency.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital marketing, AI-driven media systems, automation workflows, and operational delivery, who is capable of both managing projects and personally executing technical delivery when required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling agency operations, improving delivery systems, managing clients, and implementing advanced AI workflows across the business.
—Key Responsibilities
Agency Operations & Delivery
– Oversee all client delivery across the agency
– Manage timelines, deadlines, and project workflows
– Coordinate internal creatives, editors, designers, and freelancers
– Ensure high-quality execution across all campaigns and media deliverables
– Lead implementation and optimisation of AI-powered media systems and workflows
– Handle day-to-day operational tasks to maintain smooth agency performance
Client Management
– Act as a primary point of contact for agency clients
– Manage onboarding, communication, reporting, and client satisfaction
– Attend client calls and strategy meetings
– Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
– Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Technical Delivery & AI Systems
– Personally assist with campaign execution and technical delivery
– Build, manage, and optimise advanced AI automations and workflows
– Implement AI content systems, automations, integrations, and operational processes
– Troubleshoot delivery, automation, and workflow issues
– Continuously improve operational efficiency through AI and automation tools
– Work closely with leadership to scale internal systems and agency infrastructure
Team Coordination
– Coordinate internal staff and external contractors
– Streamline communication between departments
– Build and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes
– Assist with onboarding freelancers and future team members
Business Growth Support
– Support leadership with partnerships and agency collaborations
– Help improve scalability, efficiency, and service delivery
– Contribute strategic ideas for operational growth and client retention

Requirements
– Experience within a marketing, media, or creative agency environment
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, content systems, and campaign delivery
– Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills
– Hands-on experience with advanced AI automations, workflows, and operational systems
– Strong technical problem-solving ability
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment
