Administrator
We are currently seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of administrative functions. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Respond to requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and order office supplies while maintaining inventory records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and general office administration
- Support management and team members with day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous, but not essential
