ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

REPORTING & OPERATIONS | JOHANNESBURG

We are a growing group of companies in the security and surveillance industry, looking for a tech-savvy, reporting-driven Administrative Assistant to support our operations team.

This is not a traditional admin role — we are looking for someone who is proactive, digitally fluent, and comfortable working with data and reporting tools on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

â–¸ Compiling and distributing monthly reports across various business functions

â–¸ Pulling data and generating reports from internal systems

â–¸ Assisting management with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and presentation of information

â–¸ General administrative support including correspondence, filing, and documentation

â–¸ Managing and organising communication via Microsoft Outlook

â–¸ Leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and output quality

Requirements

â–¸ 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or reporting role

â–¸ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

â–¸ Demonstrated ability to compile, interpret, and present reports

â–¸ Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in a work context

â–¸ Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work

â–¸ Self-motivated, tech-driven, and eager to adopt new tools and systems

â–¸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

â–¸ Matric certificate required; relevant tertiary qualification or courses advantageous
