Acrylic Bath Installer Assistant
Powers Bath & Remodel is seeking a motivated Installer Assistant to join our growing installation team serving Central Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction experience who want to develop specialized skills in bathroom remodeling and advance into a lead installer role.
Position Overview
As an Installer Assistant, you will work alongside experienced installers to complete custom acrylic shower and bathtub installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We welcome applicants with varying levels of construction experience who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of custom acrylic showers and bath/shower systems
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow installation procedures and directions from lead installers
- Provide professional and courteous service to homeowners
- Support additional remodeling projects, including:
- Bathroom flooring installation
- Vanity and toilet replacement
- Minor drywall repairs
- Light finish carpentry
Qualifications
- Construction, remodeling, or installation experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
