LSR Services Group is a UK-based property maintenance and refurbishment company. We work with letting agents, estate agents, and block management companies, delivering reactive maintenance, planned works, tenancy turnarounds, and refurbishment projects.
We are a fast-growing business looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage client relationships and generate ongoing work.
Role Overview
This is not a passive account management role. You will take over clients after the initial sales call and be responsible for maintaining relationships, generating work, and pricing jobs.
You will play a key role in driving revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with property clients including letting agents, estate agents, and block managers
- Proactively generate new work from existing clients
- Respond quickly to client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare and send quotes for maintenance and refurbishment works
- Follow up on quotes to secure approvals
- Maintain strong client relationships and high service levels
- Handover approved jobs to the operations team with clear job details
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, or property management
- Understanding of small works and basic job pricing
- Ability to estimate job scope and time required
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and messaging
- Commercial mindset with a focus on generating revenue
- Organised and able to manage multiple clients

Compensation
- Competitive base salary depending on experience
- 2% commission on all booked work
