About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Account Manager – Partnerships – to act as the primary point of contact for our existing partners. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing these valuable relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and overseeing the entire enrollment process for clients generated through these channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned partner accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner
organizations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews with partners to ensure mutual goals are being met.
- Anticipate partner needs, address any concerns proactively, and resolve any issues or roadblocks swiftly.
- Keep partners updated on new products, services, and operational changes.
Enrollment & Operations Management
- Manage and process all incoming enrollments generated through existing partnerships.
- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for every new enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollments, partner pipelines, and account statuses within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer success, etc.) to ensure enrollment requirements are met promptly.
- Identify bottlenecks in the enrollment process and propose workflow improvements.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report on key partnership metrics, including enrolment volumes, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to maximise enrolment volume and grow the scope of existing
partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Partnership Manager, B2B Client Success Manager, or a similar role specifically within the EdTech or US Healthcare sectors.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with external partners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software HubSpot and MS Office
- Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
