180-Degree Recruiter – (Fully Remote | USA Market) Jobs in Home Based at Venda Search

We are a UK-based recruitment firm looking for experienced 180-degree recruiters to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, specifically supporting our clients and candidates in the USA.

In this role, your focus will be entirely on the candidate side of the desk, identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier talent through to the point of submittal and placement.

Working Hours

To ensure we provide the best support to our USA-based candidates and align with our UK operations, we require:

  • Preferred: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST/CDT (Central Time)
  • Alternative: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST)

Please note: If you work CST/CDT time, you will be able to start and finish work earlier on Fridays.

About the Role

You will focus on the Electrical Power Sector in the U.S., sourcing for specialist and hard-to- fill technical positions. As a 180-degree recruiter, you aren’t responsible for business development; instead, you are a delivery powerhouse.

We’re looking for recruiters who:

  • Are sourcing experts who know how to find "the needle in the haystack."
  • Can build deep, trust-based relationships with high-level candidates.
  • Are confident managing the candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Excellence: Identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative headhunting methods.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate side of the lifecycle (briefing, screening, and interview preparation).
  • Pipeline Building: Proactively maintain strong candidate pools for niche, recurring technical roles.
  • Delivery: Work closely with our Account Managers to understand client briefs and deliver "right-first-time" shortlists.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives a professional, human-centric, and high-quality experience.

  • Experience: Proven track record in a 180-degree or delivery-focused recruitment role.
  • Specialization: Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialist sectors.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage passive talent.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and maintain high activity levels in a remote environment.
